PREPARE NOW FOR ETERNITY

Luke 16:19-24

[19] There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: 

[20] And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, 

[21] And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. 

[22] And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; 

[23] And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 

[24] And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. 

Glory and honour be to God our King Eternal forever. Today is Wednesday, and the midweek is already here. Everyday moves us closer to the end. Let us make sure our Salvation daily.

Dearly beloved, I will advise that you read from Verse 19 to 31 of Luke 16, to capture the entire story.

The story of the Rich man and Lazarus is a clear testimony that Heaven and Hell exist. Before we dive into the story proper, I want you to know that the rich man did not go to Hell because he was rich nor did Lazarus go to Heaven because he was poor.

From the story, the rich man failed to use his position, fame, and resources to help the needy.

In Matthew 25vs33-46, the Sheep and the goats were judged based on how they impacted on the vulnerable and the less priviledged while on earth. This act needs a heart of love. Love is in deed and not in words.

1 John 3vs18.

Beloved how are you Impacting lives with what God has given to you?

This can be likened to a man who gave his servants money and travelled. On his return, he called for accountability. Some put what they got into use and doubled what they were given. He commended and rewarded them. But one buried his own and on the master's return, he gave him back what he recieved. His master condemned him, took it from him, and gave to those who know how to utilise what they recieved, and sent him away empty.

Matthew 25vs14-30.

Unlike the rich man in our Bible text, please, use what God has given to you to touch other lives positively, so that God will be pleased with you and reward you accordingly both here and in the hereafter.

I have come to realise that untill one loves like God, there will be no compassion. It is only a heart full of compassion that can be moved to visit those in Prison, Orphanage, Hospitals, Old people's home, and so on and so forth, just to give and share love with them to alleviate their challenges.

Today, let us all turn a new leaf and pray for a heart filled with the God kind of love, so that we can show compassion to others. Remember, it is love that made God, give us Jesus who died to save us. Let us develop this kind of love so that we can live the kind of life pleasing to God. When we live to please God here on earth, eternal life in heaven will be our reward.

Also remember, there's nothing we have on earth that is ours. All we have were given to us by God. Let's use what we recieved from God to bless others too because we won't need them in eternity but we will be judged on how we used them while on earth.

Beloved you must be genuinely born again to have this God kind of love.

Are you born again?

Have you surrendered your life to the Lord?

Are you washed in the Blood of the Lamb?

Let us all pray and rededicate our lives afresh to the Lord.

Lord Jesus, I surrender to You. I confess, forsake, and repent of all my sins. I am very sorry. Forgive me Oh Lord. Wash me from all my unrighteousness. Write my name in the Book of Life.

Thank You Lord, that I am restored as heaven for me is non negotiable.

God alone is my Source of health, love, peace, joy, and strength.

BE READY FOR ETERNITY WITH GOD

Revelation 3:20-22

[20]

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 

[21] To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 

[22] He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. 

Everyday is a great blessing and a miracle. Let us celebrate God for sustaining, and preserving us till now. Thank You Father Lord in Jesus name. Amen.

The reason the Lord Jesus gave us the great invitation in Matthew 11vs28, was because He loves us so much and will not want any of us to suffer here on earth, but He will never force anyone to come to Him or to love Him.

He had always had us in mind. His thoughts are always on how to help those of us who had accepted Him, who He could called His own.

In our Bible text for today, He went further, being passionate about our soul which matters in eternity, to say that He has moved closer to us and now is standing at the door of our heart and asking that we should open, so He can come into our heart to dine with us. He has always wanted to be in our lives.

Why Does He Want To Come Into Our Heart?

He wants to be in our lives so He can help us to do right, act right and live right so that we won't miss it at last. He is passionate about our souls hence He is doing all He can to make sure that when the trumpet shall sound for us to return home, we will return to Him. He does not want to lose any of us.

When the trumpet shall sound and the saints begin to gather, there's going to be a roll call up yonder. He wants you and I to be there when the roll is called up yonder. As important as that will be, He will never force anyone to accept Him. He died for us on the cross and took away the curse, He was buried, rose on the 3rd day and is now sitting in heaven, expecting you and I to return to Him when we are done here on earth.

Everyone of us must prepare for eternity by living holy and righteous, serving God in His own terms, and winning souls for God's Kingdom by telling others how good God is, and how good He has been to you personally.

Eternity with God is worth all your preparations.

You are unique to God and He is passionate about your soul, so there's no sacrifice too great for you to make to be sure that when the trumpet shall sound, and roll is called up yonder, you will be there.

Let us rededicate our lives daily to God so as not to take chances.

Let us pray.

Lord Jesus, come into my heart. As I confess, forsake and repent of all my sins and that of my family now, please, forgive us. Wash us daily in the Blood of Jesus and be sure that our name is in heavens Book of Life. Thank You Father Lord for I am restored.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

John 17:4

[4] I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. 

God is good, and He has done me well. Oh my Soul, rise up and praise the Lord.

Beloved, in the above Bible verse, Jesus our Lord was talking to God the Father, saying, He had completed His earthly assignment.

No wonder on the cross at Calvary, just before He died, He shouted It Is Finished.

John 19vs30.

This is why I pray for you and I now that, What Jesus has finished on the cross on earth can no longer finish those of us who believeand follow Him.

While on earth, Jesus taught us the way of life so we can make it back to God in the hereafter.

Jesus became man's Sacrificial Lamb that carried our debt load of sin and paid for it with His Blood and Life.

Jesus by that action, restored the glory of God that man lost through Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.

He reconciled man back to God.

His assignment on earth included empowering man to do exploits for God which involves, Evangelism and Soul winning or what He called FISHERS OF MEN, and equipping man to heal and deliver, the sick, the oppressed, the bound and to bring out those in darkness to Gods Light.

Beloved, Jesus finished whatever thing at all on earth that could finish or destroy you and I. 

He equally finished what would have prevented us from making heaven at last. He destroyed the power of sicknesses, poverty, stagnancy, limitations, pride, boastfulness, sorrow, envy, etc.

In our Bible passage above, Jesus accomplished His mission on earth. Nothing was left undone. He paid in full. It was this accomplishment He announced publicly on the Cross of Calvary, when He shouted IT IS FINISHED!

Before Jesus left the earth finally after His resurrection, He told His disciples to wait in Jerusalem untill they recieve the Power from the Holy Ghost that they will need with which they will be His witnesses.

Acts 1vs8.

So dearly beloved , IT IS FINISHED means all negativities and contrary occurrences are ended in your life.

To understand this well, you must be fully surrendered to the Lord Jesus, by confessing, forsaking, and repenting of all your sins so that the Blood of Jesus can wash you clean of all unrighteousness and your name written in the Book of Life.

Even if you were once surrendered, because we are always falling in and out of sin, let us rededicate our lives back to God now again. God is merciful and will forgive if we genuinely ask for His forgiveness.

[30] When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

Abba Father, thank You for paying the debt of sin that I owe. I am glad to know that Jesus has finished what would have finished my family and I on that cross in Jesus name.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR SOUL

Proverbs 4:23

[23] Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

I have something more than gold. The Spirit of God in the heart of man is something more than gold. Thank You Father Lord, for Your Spirit that dwells in me.

Beloved, in our last post we talked about the importance of the Soul. Man is a tripartite. He is made up of the Spirit which is the breath of God. This will return to God immediately an individual dies. 

Next is the Soul which will go to face judgement immediately after death. 

Hebrews 9vs27.

The 3rd is the human body. 

Like I did mention earlier, we as humans pay so much attention to the body which is only a house for the Spirit and the Soul. The Soul is the one that really matters in eternity. 

Ironically, man pays much more attention to the body than the Soul. This is an error of ignorance. Yes, its true that the body needs food, drinks, clothes, and care to be healthy but what we do not know is that as the body needs food for survival, even so the Soul needs to be fed to survive too. Many of us have been starving our Souls. The Soul needs Spiritual food to survive. For many, their Souls are malnourished, lean, and lack what it takes to be healthy. They are badly starved.

We must watch this.

So How Do We Take Care Of The Soul?

The Soul needs to be nourished spiritually. Our way of life largely contributes to this. For instance,

1. Caring for the Soul requires avoiding sin. Sin is a killer.

In Ezekiel 18vs20, The Bible says that the Soul that sins shall die. Sin separates the Soul from God, like it did to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Sin kills the Soul Spiritually.

To care for the Soul, you must not allow sin, like Joseph avoided it in Portiphars house in Egypt.

Genesis 39vs9.

Resist the devil at all times and it will flee from you.

James 4vs7.

2. Keep your Soul Pure.

Don't harbour sinful thoughts. Quickly do away with impure thoughts. Don't entertain them.

You can't stop a bird from flying over your head but you can stop it from perching on your head and building a nest there. Sanitise your thoughts.

3. Be very prayerful. In prayers, you converse with God, and develop an intimacy with Him. Regular prayers, draw you closer to God and fill your heart with godly thoughts.

4. Make Praise, worship, songs, hymns, a way of life. This fills the Soul with great joy, and peace.

5. Feed the Soul with God's word regularly when you read the Bible. Study, memorise and search the Scriptures. By these you feed your Soul fat.

6. Fasting from time to time is a booster for the Soul, making it alive and deeply connected to God, thereby recieving messages, divine instructions and revelations. 

In fasting the body may be weak but the Soul and Spirit become very strong and can easily pick up signals ftom God.

Beloved, the real you is not your body but your Soul which we do not see with our eyes but this is what actually controls our being.

This explains why true children of God pay more attention to their Soul rather than their physical body. 

For me, I believe in taking good care of my body because it must be strong and healthy to house my Spirit and my Soul.

Nevertheless, I do not joke with my Soul, because I know that it is the Soul that matters to God. It is the Soul that will spend eternity either in heaven with God or in hell with the devil. 

The choice is yours to make while you are still alive. Do all you can to care for your Soul. Care for your Soul can only start when you are first of all born again and can relate as a child of God.

Surrender your life now to the Lord and let Him wash you with His Blood so that your name can be written in the Book of Life.

THE WORTH OF A SOUL

Mark 8:36-37

[36] For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? 

[37] Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? 

Eternal, eternal life.

Eternal, Eternal life.

I want to live Eternal life, God save my soul.

I want to live Eternal life, God save my soul.

This should be our daily heart cry as Jesus is coming very soon. Amen.

Beloved, did you know that the only thing you and I will do that will resonate in heaven and give God great joy is when a soul repents.

Luke 15vs7-10.

Have a passion for the lost and perishing. God places a high value on all souls.

See my dear, like I wrote a few weeks back, on that last day, God won't ask you how many, children, cars, houses, jets, etc you have. None of these earthly treasures matter to God. Besides, none of them goes into eternity with us. They are all for our earthly pleasures.

Let me shock you, that you married the most handsome guy or most beautiful lady brings God no joy. That you bought a jeep, lexus, yatch, built the state of the art mansìon, does not bring God any joy. That you built a factory, an industry, an estate, does not ring a bell in heaven, neither does any of them bring any joy in heaven. They are the extras that God has blessed us with.

What gives God joy is when a soul repents and is saved. When this happens, there is rejoicing before the Angels in heaven.

In Mark 16vs16-17, The Lord Jesus before He departed the earth after His resurrection, charged His disciples to go into the world and preach the gospel. He told them that who ever believes and is baptised, shall be saved but those that believe not are damned. 

Have you obeyed this charge, or you are still seeking and running after miracles or earthly possessions?

Matthew 28vs18-20 and

Luke 24vs46-47, corroborates this message of evangelism and soul winning.

Beloved, you are saved to save others. Time is running out. Jesus is coming soon.

What will be your excuse for not winning souls?

Wherever you find yourself and whatever you are doing, go after the last or perishing souls there.

Jesus died for souls. He didn't die for luxury.

As Christ's Ambassadors on earth, let us go after souls because that is the only assignment you and I were charged with before the Lord departed the earth. He is going to ask us for the souls of those near and around us hence He told us that when we recieve the power of the Holy Ghost to witness for Him, we should start from Jerusalem (our family) and spread out to the entire world.

Acts 1vs8.

Beloved, power, position, fame, cars, houses, wealth, riches, luxury are all good but none is worth any soul. 

Jesus Christ died on the cross to save our souls. He shed His Blood. He gave His life. This is to let you and I know how precious the soul is.

Again and very importantly, this our earthly body which many of us concentrate so much on and give so much attention to, and seek to please and satisfy by all means, will rot in the grave, IT IS DUST. IT WILL DECAY.

Ironically, the soul which recieves little or no attention, is the one that is going to face God and be judged. The Soul is the one that is going to spend eternity with either God in heaven or with the devil in hell.

Beloved take great care of your soul and that of those around you.

Your soul is worth much more than rubies, diamonds or any earthly treasure.

In our next post if Jesus hasn't come, we will look at how to take care of the soul.

Meanwhile, have you surrendered your life to The Lord Jesus? Are you born again?

Were you once born again and yet struggling with some sins?

Let us say this prayer.

Lord Jesus, I acknowledge all my sins. I repent, confess and forsake them all. Forgive me Lord. Oh Lord come into my heart. Take over. Wash me clean of all unrighteousness with the Blood You shed on the cross for me. Write my name in heaven's Book of Life. Thank You Lord for restoring me in Jesus name.

Congratulations.

RESPOND TO GODS LOVE BY BEARING HIM FRUITS

Job 9:10-11

[10] Which doeth great things past finding out; yea, and wonders without number.

[11] Lo, he goeth by me, and I see him not: he passeth on also, but I perceive him not.

Glory be to God who woke us up this morning. Father Lord thank You for an opportunity to be counted among the living this day. To You Oh Lord be all the honour, glory, and adoration, for You are the Doer of these miracles in Jesus name.

Good morning dearly beloved.

Today, we want to look at another aspect of our God, the Creator of the Universe.

Beloved, knowing and finding out who God is and what He likes, will enable you do His will. 

God's major will is that having tasted and seen how sweet God is, you will now begin to tell others about Him and what you do, to be His true child.

Ecclesiastes 11:5 says,

[5] As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all.

He is a wonder working God whose way is past finding out.

How does a baby with bones grow in the womb? It's the wonder of God.

In 2 Samuel 16vs20-23:

17vs1-7, 23. Ahitophel who was king David's Advicer, betrayed the king when he joined with Absalom the king's son to fight against David his father. What did the king do when he heard of what Ahitophel did, he simply prayed to God to turn the advice of Ahitophel to foolishness. God heard him and did exactly what David prayed for.

Ahitophel felt disgraced when his counsel to Absalom was not taken even though he told them the right thing. HE COMMITTED SUICIDE.

God is the only One who can do and reundo. He is wonderful in all His ways and does as He pleases. We just need to follow Him because no man can understand God.

Beloved how do you explain that this great God of wonders appeared in the Fire with the 3 Hebrew men who were cast into the Fire because of Him. Note that this same fire killed those men who bound and cast the 3 men into the Fire.

Fear God!

Daniel 3vs20-26.

If you fear God, you will simply obey Him and do all to please Him.

All that God does for man is to prove His Sovereignty, love and care for him. What is expected of us is to seek for all we can do to please Him, and endeavour to return back home to Him after our sojourn here.

Beloved, I want to ask us a simple question that demands an honest answer.

How many souls has your life impacted to the point of saying because of you, I will give my life to Christ Jesus?

How many persons have you told about the love of God?

This is important because we are expected to bear fruits as long as we are here on earth.

Let us make our life count by being useful to God while here on earth.

We are not created to come here, live, wake up daily, bathe, eat, go to work return sleep and wake up next day to same routine.

There is a reason you and I are here on earth. Let us find out God's main purpose for our life and pursue it.

Our life is much more than food, drink, job, and clothes.

This knowledge starts when you give your life to Christ Jesus so He can be your Lord and Master.

Confess, forsake and repent of all your sins, so that you are washed in the Blood of Jesus and your name written in the Book of Life.

Do so now if you haven't done so.

BUT FOR GOD

Psalms 124:1-3

[1] (A Song of degrees of David.) If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say;

[2] If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us:

[3] Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us:

It's a beautiful and a wonderful day. I am alive today again feeling this great because the Lord, woke me up. Thank You Father Lord in Jesus name. Amen.

The Psalmist is reminding you and I by the Scriptural reference above that the only reason he was still alive was because the Lord was on his side. But for the Lord who had been on our side dearly beloved, you and I would have been history. 

The Psalmist's statement is from someone who has made God his Pillar of rest and backbone.

Beloved, did you know that but for God, that water you drank would have gone the wrong way, as that simple act had led to the death of many.

That Road you went out and came in from saw many involved in accident and some even died.

The issue is that we take a lot of things for granted.

Did you know that many went into the bathroom to have their birth and were brought out dead? You go in and out of the bathroom as you like and nothing happened and you think it's a small thing.

I know a few persons who woke up from sleep to go and ease themselves but slumped and died. You do that everyday and you are still alive.

I know a lady long ago who had eaten and was lying down on her bed and discussing with her husband. At a point she was no more responding. The husband jokingly said, what kind of sleep is this and began to call her name. When she wasn't responding, he went to tap her but lo and behold she was gone.

Beloved, that minor headache, that stomach pain, fever, etc you complained of but treated and recovered, had seen many people gone to their graves.

How many of us do stop to ponder about these and appreciate God. if it had not been for the Lord on our side, what would have been our case?

We dishonour God by taking a lot of these things for granted.

We major in complaining about what God has not done or done well, forgetting and neglecting all He had done and is still doing for us.

The other day there was this news of a vehicle that failed break at night, ran into a building and killed families sleeping on their beds in their own house. They didn't travel too.

I know a woman who visited her daughter and at night while they were sleeping, the ceiling fan that had been there for ages fell and hit this woman on her head and she died there. We have been using ceiling fans and all has been well with us and families.

In what way are you and I better than the victims and casualties, we have mentioned above?

No way at all.

It is because the Lord is on our side that's all.

He has said that no plague comes near our dwelling. 

Psalms 91vs10.

Yes, He watches over His word to perform it.

He has said that a thousand shall fall at our side and ten thousand at our right hand but none shall come near us.

Psalms 91vs7.

He had faithfully kept His promise as He is not a man that He should lie.

Numbers 23vs19.

The least that any wise person can do to continue to enjoy these uncommon benefits from God, is to seek intimacy with this great God who has sworn not to break His covenant with us nor alter the thing that has gone out of His lips concerning us.

Psalms 89vs34

Again let us seek to please Him as He created us for His pleasure.

Revelation 4vs11.

We please Him in humility, obedience to His word, reading and studying His word, living holy and righteous, then being committed and dedicated to Him. Let us also make prayers praise, worship and thanksgiving to Him a way of life.

It is only a surrendered life that can be empowered to live for God. You surrender to Him when you acknowledge your sins, repent of them, confess and forsake them, so that you can be washed in the Blood of Jesus and be enlisted in the Army of God with your name written in the Book of Life. 

Do so now if you haven't done so yet. Be born again.

DEEP HUNGER FOR GOD

Psalms 42:1-2

[1] (To the chief Musician, Maschil, for the sons of Korah.) As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.

[2] My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?

It is another glorious day of the Lord. Thank You Lord for including my name on the list of the living today. To You alone Oh Lord, be all the glory, honour, and adoration.

The Psalmist here in today's Scriptural reference tells us how we can seek God.

First and foremost, what is a Hart?

A Hart is the male gender of the Red Deer.

Why does a Hart pant after water?

The Hart pants after the waterbrooks when it remembers the coolness and freshness of the streams from which it has drunk before. The desperate desire to experience it again drives it there and drinks from it again.

Here in today's passage, the Psalmist compares his intense longing for God to a Harts thirst for water. To pant here means to be desperately in need of, deep desire to fill a void or emptiness.

This passage encourages you and I, to actively and desperately seek God.

This we must do through prayers. Prayer is conversation with God. As an individual I am always very very eager to pray especially when there are challenges. I love showing and telling my problems how great my God is.  

This I do when I take my enemies, problems, and challenges to God and leave them there. I report my challenges to God. My God loves to prove Himself.

We can also seek God in intense worship. In intense worship, ears, eyes, and the mouth may be so anointed that there may be revelations.

Deep secrets may be revealed, God may begin to speak in revelations, trances and visions. Deep secrets belong to God and He may decide to reveal them.

Thirdly, you must study your Bible to seek after God. Read your Bible daily, meditate on what you read, memorise Scriptures, because you never know when you may need them. Our weapons of warfare and survival are all in the Bible. Read it often.

Beloved, there must be a deep hunger and an urge to seek after God. There must be a desire for an intimacy with God. If as a child of God, you dont have a desire to seek God, then you are full of yourself and so you are on your own. What this means is that you have no room for the Lord,in you.

A genuinely born again child of God is always seeking for ways to please God because He created us for His own pleasure.

Are you born again? 

Are you washed in the Blood of the Lamb?.

Are you sincerely repented of your sins?

Do so now if you are yet to meet these conditions that will enlist you as a child of God.

LEARN TO TRUST GOD COMPLETELY

[27] Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? 

[28] And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: 

[29] And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 

[30] Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

Glory, and honour, and Power, and Praise, be unto God our King, today and forever more. Amen.

Beloved, God is using every simple illustration to let us know His depth of love and care for us humans that He created.

In today's Scriptures, God says to you and I that He cares so much for us His own. He drew our attention to ordinary flowers of the field which He cares for and made so beautiful to produce so much beauty and glory without their imput at all. He is the God who arranged them so beautifully, looking more glorious than the glory of king Solomon, one of the greatest glorious kings that ever lived.

God went further to tell us that if He cares so much for ordinary grass of the field which can be cut down and burnt anytime,, is it we humans who He created in His own image and after His likeness, who He gave dominion over all His other creations that He He is not able to feed and clothe?

It's not possible.

God wants you and I to believe Him and His promises because He is not a man that He will lie, Repent, nor change any of His promises which He has told us of.

Numbers 23vs19

Psalms 89vs34.

Beloved, if God can make grass, and flowers to grow, nurtures and caters for them, as well as provide all that birds that fly in the air, who do not farm, need, is it you that are the crown of His creation that He will not fend for?

He will do much more. Our God is too faithful to fail. He is our Great Provider, Jehovah - Jireh is His name..

Genesis 22vs14.

If He promised, He will deliver.

Beloved, let not fear, doubt,or unbelief, be found in us. They rob us of our faith in God. Let us trust God completely to do what He had promised that He will do. He has never failed before and will never fail us. He is able to provide all that we who believe, follow, and serve Him, need.

Beloved, the God, that fed 5000 men besides women and children with only 5 loaves of bread and 2 fishes, is able to feed you and yours if only you can rely on Him totally, and take Him by His unfailing word.

When The Lord told us 4 times in the Bible that the Just shall live by faith, believe Him and grow your faith by believing and trusting Him completely not wavering and you will see the fulfilment of all your desires.

One thing though, these Promises of God are only meant for His true children. His promises are for those who are fully surrendered to Him, washed in the Blood of Jesus, and their names written in the Book of Life.

Do so now if you haven't done so yet. If you had earlier done so but you know deep down you, that you are still struggling with some sins, rededicate your life now to Him.

DONT SEEK LIKE THE GENTILES

Matthew 6:31-32

[31] Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 

[32] (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 

It's a bright and beautiful Monday, and the first working day of this week. Thank You Father Lord for life again today in Jesus name. Amen.

There is something that dropped on my mind as I read the 2 Scriptural references above.

Firstly in this reference, God is admonishing us not to worry about what to eat, drink and wear. He said that He knows that we need them. Continuing, God said that the Gentiles are seeking after what to eat, drink, and wear.

Who are the Gentiles?

They were those then who were not Jewish and often hostile to the Israelites. They did not believe in God. So they could conviniently be called Unbelievers. 

So, in this passage the Lord Jesus was teaching dependance on God, who is aɓle to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory. He encourages His followers to seek on how to please and do Gods will first. 

He discourages His followers from godless actions like the Unbelievers do, which is always seeking to satisfy themselves first. THIS leads to greed and covetousness. He told them that because He created them and so knows their every need. 

Again, people seek what is so very important to them. The Gentiles seek after carnal things so much so as if their lives depended on those things. This was why the Lord told His followers that if they seek God and His kingdom first, God wiĺl come into their lives with all that they need, because He owns the earth and all in it. 

Psalms 24vs1.

These Gentiles believe in several other gods which they worship but do not believe in the One and only Sovereign God who created the heavens and the earth and all in them.

If you believe in the only true God of the Universe, you will always seek on how to get His attention, please Him, by obeying Him and keeping His commands, and doing His will. As you humble yourself and seek Him in love, whatever is your need, He will meet them.  

I got a revelation and that is that the Gentiles can go to any length to get what they want. It is this quest for what to eat, drink and wear that lead some into lying, stealing, envy, fights, wickedness, etc and can even lead them into other crimes like abductions, banditry, assassinations, robberies, rituals, frauds yahoo and so on and so forth.

God our Father who created us says we should not think about what to eat, drink, and wear, for He knows we need them. That's final.

Instead of worrying for food, drinks and clothes, He said, we should seek His kingdom and how to live right, in other words, make God's business your business and He will make your business His business. He created you and so knows us better than we know ourselves.

What it is therefore is that if Unbelievers seek carnal things to satisfy their lust, children of God should seek spiritual things that please God. These are the things thar will speak for them in eternity.

If you are a true child of God, don't worry about anything, but just seek the things of God's Kingdom first as they are of Eternal value.

Beloved, the truth is that no one can seek God on their own, except the Holy Spirit empowers and quickesns such a person.

I Corinthians 12vs3.

Whoever you are and wherever you are, Repent now of your sins because we have all sinned. Confess and forsake your sins. Let the Blood that Jesus shed on that Cross wash you clean of all your sins so that your name can be written in the Book of Life. When this is in place, you are sure that whenever He calls, one is sure of eternity with Him.

DO NOT WORRY JUST TRUST GOD

Matthew 6:25-26

[25] Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

Glory and honour we give unto You Oh Lord our God for Your goodness, love care, and mercy over us in Jesus name. Amen.

Phillipians 4vs6, advices you and I not to worry about anything but that in prayers, petitions, and supplications, we should present our cases to God. Glory to God.

I don't cry over spilt milk. This is the reason when I see people complaining about things that had happened wrongly, I ask them, IS THAT A SOLUTION? NO!

WILL THAT REVERSE THE SITUATION? NO.

I tell them, you know what, let us seek for answers or solutions, not wasting precious time lamenting about the past.

Our word for today says we should not worry about what to eat, drink, or wear as our life is worth more than food and our body worth more than wears. We are further told that the birds of the air do not plant nor reap yet they lack nothing as God our Father feeds them.

God asked us if we are not better than the birds He provides for.

Man is the crown of God's creation. He gave man dominion over all of His creation and asked him to take charge.

Why should a man who is created in God's image after His likeness worry over what he is in charge of? 

In the beginning, it wasn't so but the moment sin came, man fell short of God's glory and hardship set in.

God in His infinite goodness and mercy sent Jesus to earth to pay the debt of man's sins. He did that on the Cross at Calvary. He died, was buried, rose on the 3rd day and is now in heaven preparing a place for you and I. He restored man's lost glory.

Man has nothing to fear if he recognises and accepts the sacrifice that Jesus made to reconcile man back to God. This great sacrifice must be respected and honoured by living righteously to please God. Once we recognise the sacrifice Jesus made for us, and live to please God, dearly beloved, you will have no need to worry about what to eat, drink, and wear, because our Father knows we need them.

Psalm 37vs25 says that children of God do not beg for bread and are never forsaken.

The question is, are you a child of God? I mean, are you one of those who the Lord Jesus made that huge sacrifice for? If your answers are yes, then you dont need to worry.

If you know your answer is no, there is no shame about it, run to the cross now, and surrender your life to Jesus. Let the Blood He shed on that cross cleanse you from all your sins as you repent, confess, and forsake your sins now, so that your name can be written in the Book of Life.

If you are now born again, go to God in prayers, and ask Him for whatever you need. Talk to your Father now about your needs and He will make it beautiful for you in His own time.

Ecclesiastes 3vs11.

SEEK THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND MIRACLES WILL COME

Matthew 6:33

[33] But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Glory be to God for it is another beautiful and blessed day of the Lord. 

My dearly beloved, there is an urgency in spreading the Good news. It is about the Salvation of souls which the Lord Jesus came into the world for. The Lord is coming soon. The signs of His coming are everywhere. Everybody must prepare ready for His coming so none is caught unaware. We must daily take thoughts of the life we live and ask ourselves IF IT PLEASES GOD.

This is why we must stop running after miracles. Stop chasing after worldly possessions because none of them will matter when the Lord appears. What will matter is what you and I did to please this great God as He requested of us. Let us stop running around Pastors, Apostles etc everytime for prayers and miracles. Life is more than getting miracles. 

Have you ever asked yourself, AFTER MIRACLES, WHAT NEXT? 

Beloved, now that we are here and still have life, let us seek and know God for ourselves. HE IS YOUR FATHER.

Go into your closet, pray to Him, cry to Him, tell Him what is ailing you, open up to Him, talk with Him. He wants to hear from you. Stop the habit of reaching your Father through a third party. Develop yourself and have a closeness with Him. He loves it.

Always put Him first in all you do. When God is first in your life, every other thing you need will follow. Seek Him first in righteousness and all that you need will be added unto you.

Chase after God and He will make sure you are safe and satisfied.

Our God is a God of miracles, signs and wonders. He is everything and owns everything. Seeking His Kingdom and righteousness means you love Him and are heaven conscious. For you to be heaven conscious means you are a born again child of God because it is only the Spirit of God that will enable you take that decision.

Beloved the secret behind seeking the kingdom of God first and His righteousness is that whatever you desire thereafter, like healing, prosperity, appointment, etc just name it, will be added to you by God Himself who alone knows your needs. Seek Him and He will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory.

Phillipians 4vs19.

God is faithful enough to know what His children need, so when you are committed and dedicated to Him, you will not need to beg for your needs.

Besides beloved, all that we think that we need and labour so much for while here on earth are not needed in heaven where our eternal resting place will be. Let us therefore labour for God's kingdom as that is what will matter at the end of our life here on earth.

In our next post, if the Lord delays His coming, we will discuss how we can really seek God's kingdom and His righteousness.

Before then, please make sure you are in right standing with God. Surrender to Him fully and let Him be your Lord and personal Saviour.

LIVE TO PLEASE GOD

Exodus 15:25-26

[25] And he cried unto the LORD; and the LORD shewed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet: there he made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he proved them,

[26] And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.

All over the world, the Spirit is moving, like the Prophet says it will be. Now, there's a mighty revelation of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the Sea.

Glory be to God for His love and kindness.

God in all His ways keeps telling us that whatever we need from Him, we will get as long as we live to please Him.

He is the, I AM. You need healing, or any provision, He is the only One who is able to give us all that we need freely because He is God our loving Father. He can give us what money can buy and what money cannot buy. 

Here in this Bible passage, He healed the bitter water at Marah and made it sweet so His children can be satisfied. What a kind God! If He can heal water, He can do any other thing to satisfy us His children. The only thing God our Father expects from us is our loyalty, honour, obedience, reverence and faithfulness if we must continue to enjoy His endlessly love and care.

God has His well spelt out standards which He can never compromise for any reason. He has them as laws, statutes and commands which demands simple obedience from us. He created us to please Himself.

Beloved as a human, there is this one person who is close to you who eulogises you, appreciates you, respects you, honours you and from time to time brings you gifts, visits to check up on you, calls, texts and is always seeking to make you happy, tell me how will you treat such a person?

I am sure that you will try your best to satisfy such a person in anyway you can.

Beloved, God our Father is telling us again in out Bible text for today especially for those of us who need healing in any area of life that if we will hear and obey His commandments and do right in His sight that He will not allow us to be afflicted. If He can heal bitter water so that His children the Israelites can have fresh clean water to drink, is it our diseases that He can't heal?

God keeps on telling us to hear and obey Him, keep His commands and live right because these are some of the qualities among other conditions that will help us to be endeared to Him here on earth and pave the way for us to live eternally with Him in heaven in the hereafter.

Actually, all we learn from God's word is preparing us for life in eternity.

Hearing, and doing God's word starts with being born again. You have to be born again to be empowered to serve God as He has proposed.

Surrender your life now to the Lord Jesus and let Him take charge, if you have not done so yet.

Beloved, the coming of the Lord is nearer now than ever before. Please be sure that you share the goodnews about the Lord Jesus and His Salvation with family and friends. 

Heaven is real and Hell is real.

Whoever misses Heaven will surely not miss hell. May you and I not be found missing in heaven on the last day in Jesus name.

REPENT AND BE RESTORED

Romans 3:23

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

God of mercy and compassion, look with pity and mercy upon me.

Good morning dearly beloved. It's another great day in the land of the living. To You Oh Father Lord be all the glory in Jesus matchless name. Amen.

The above Bible verse is the sorry state of ALL, men, women, children, rich, poor etc before being born again. So my dearly beloved, if you are still not genuinely born again or totally surrendered to the Lord Jesus, you are still in the category of all those who have fallen short of God's glory. In this sorry state, there is no assurance of eternity with God if your trumpet sounds today.

This is confirmed in Romans 6vs23, where we were told that the wages of sin is death. We had earlier in our previous post talked about this death to be 2 fold. Once a soul sins, it is spiritually separated from God. God is too holy to behold sin.

Habakkuk 1vs13.

The moment an individual is spiritually disconnected from God, the soul turns away from God and is now at the mercy of the devil. The devil moves into that soul with all sorts of torments and torture, which may eventually lead to the physical death of the individual.

This was what happened to Adam and Eve in the Garden until God came to the rescue of their souls.

If an individual dies in sin, the soul will find no place in eternity with God.

Be this as it is, I have very good news for us. 

Deutoronomy 30vs19 tells those of us not yet fully and genuinely surrendered or still not yet born again that, God has placed before us life and death, blessing and cursing, but admonishes us to choose the life which He has provided for us and live. Isn't that wonderful?

He is our Father who created us and placed us here on earth and expects that we return back home to Him after our sojourn here on earth. He is doing everything possible to make sure that He does not lose any of us on the last day. What a God!

What a Father! What a loving and caring Father!

The least any of us can do is to appreciate His kind gestures and not allow His effort over our lives to be in vain.

He has given us this great opportunity once again to make it right with Him.

Are you still going to neglect this great opportunity to make it right and put yourself in order, so that if your trumpet sounds today, you are sure of returning back home to your Maker in eternity?

Verse 20, of Deuteronomy 30, clearly tells us that God is the sum total of our life and being so we should cleave unto Him.

If we must make it back to Him in eternity then we must live righteously and please Him because He created us for His pleasure, (Revelation 4vs11) We must in humility, obey, submit, and surrender totally to Him.

Do so right now if you are yet to surrender to the Lord. Confess, forsake and repent of all your sins. Be washed in the Blood of the Lamb and have your name in the Book of life.

As you take this step of faith, you are now restored, and a member of the body of Christ and also a member of the heavenly army.

Congratulations.

SALVATION THROUGH CHRIST JESUS

Romans 6:23

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Morning by morning, new mercies I see. For all I ever needed, my God, You have done all for me. Great is Your faithfulness today and forevermore.

When you sin, you first and foremost die spiritually, which is a separation from God. Once you are separated from God the father of evil, the devil himself moves in and begin to unleash onslaught which if not recognised and properly handled, leads to physical death.

John 10vs10a clearly tells us that the thief comes in with a 3 fold assignment, which is to steal, kill, and finally destroys.

I will not be his victim in Jesus name.

The second part of our lead Bible text for today, tells us that, God's gift to us is Eternal life through Jesus Christ. 

Glory to God!

Jesus paid the debt of the load of sin that you and I committed. This HE did when God gave Him pay the ransome which reconcile mankind to God and restore the spiritual disconnection, of man from God.

John 10vs10b clarifies it more when it says that, " I (Jesus) am come that you may have life and have it abundantly."

To enjoy life here on earth, and eternal life in the hereafter, we must accept and appreciate the sacrificial work of redemption which Jesus did on the cross at Calvary.

Beloved, it is time we face reality and call a spade a spade. Let us stop this rat race of acquisitions and unnecessary rivalry of wealth pursuit. Confirm the state of your soul and ask yourself this question now, if God calls me home today, where will I spend eternity? 

If eternity isn't important, God wouldn't send Jesus to come die for you and I. 

My prayer is that you and I will not miss out on the gift of Eternal Life which God provided for us through Jesus Christ.

Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Saviour? You have to do it because it is very important.

Act 4vs10-12 tells us that there is no other name whereby man can be saved ( to enjoy this eternal life ) except through Jesus who was used as a Lamb for the sacrifice to pay for the sin of mankind once and for all.

The good thing about this is that anytime you get convinced and decides to believe and accept Jesus is fine but don't delay it any further. You can do it anywhere. 

Just sincerely confess and forsake all your sins, ask for mercy as you repent genuinely so thar the Blood of Jesus can wash you clean of every unrighteousness. 

Incase you were once born again but you know deep within you that you have backslided because you are still struggling to overcome some sins, rededicate your life again to God now.

This we must do so that we won't miss out on this gift of Eternal Life.

A song often comes to my mind each time the issue of eternity comes up. The words go like this.

One day our Owner will ask us where we were when the bell of Salvation was ringing.

He won't ask of your spouse, children, mansions, wealth etc.

He will only ask you where you were when the ⁶bells of Salvation were ringing.

My dearly beloved, may you and I not be among those that will be left behind when the Lord Jesus comes to collect His own which is nearer than ever before.

This morning, I had a discussion with my Employer, The Spirit of God, who Authors all my post and He said, CONCENTRATE NOW MORE ON THE SALVATION OF SOULS. HE SAID THIS IS WHY HE IS IN THIS WITH ME.

Beloved, when one dies, his her own rapture has occurred. It is either we go to meet Him or He appears one day to collect His peoples.

Wether we go, or He comes, where you and I along with loved one will be should be of our utmost concern.

Beloved, there is no repentance in the grave after death. Anyway, why wait to die before one repents when there is ample time here now to do so.

The Bible in Ecclesiastes 9vs10, states clearly that there is no work, or anything for us to do in the grave where our body will hopefully end up, so now is the time to make everything right.

Live a righteous life that pleases the Lord.

Desist from small small lies, anger, envy, pride, evil, wickedness, blood shed, unforgiveness, stealing, and so on and so forth.

Check and examine yourself and family daily wether you are still in the Lord.

Live to please God in humility, obedience to God, evangelise to win Souls, and serve God sacrificially.

Do not be received my beloved because Heaven and Hell exist.

Make up your mind and be determined not to miss Heaven. Whoever misses Heaven will not miss He'll.

Cry out daily for God to save your Soul. If you live right to please the Lord and after death, you find out that Heaven does not exist, then you wouldn't have lost anything.

But if you live wrong here and die and find out that there is Hell, what will you do? It will be too late to repent or change the times.

Please, I beg us all in the name of the Lord, let us do all we can and within us to prepare for eternity with God in the hereafter.

ONCE YOU DIE, YOU ARE JUDGED IMMEDIATELY so says the scripture.

Remember that you must be a surrendered child of God, born again genuinely before one can begin to prepare for eternity with God.

I will see you at the top in Jesus name. Amen.

MAY I BE AMONG THE CHOSEN FEW THAT ARE CALLED

Matthew 11:28

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 

Glory be to God in the highest, Amen. For Your mercies endure forever, Amen.

Beloved, the above Bible verse is the great invitation by Jesus Himself. It is the Spirit of God that will make you answer this call. You cannot do it on your own.

1 Corinthians 12vs3 bears me witness.

If you answered this Call, take it as a great priviledge.

Many come in as Spectators, and for what they can get. Some others come in and becone Participants. These group want to give and serve. This is why, we say that many are called but Few are chosen. May you and I be among the chosen few in Jesus name. Amen.

In Matthew 11vs28, Jesus is inviting everybody without discrimination, Unbelievers and Sinner alike. He is calling them out of darkness into God's marvelous Light.

As an Unbeliever, you may not recognise or appreciate the heavy burdens or loads of sin you are carrying, untill you are delivered of them.

If you are priviledged to answer this call, among other titles, you will also be known as light of the world.

If therefore you are invited, and you answered the call and have become a Believer who reflects the Light of Jesus that saved you, the least you can do as the Called and light is to let others see through you. Remember that light can never be hid. Wherever there is Light, there is life and people see with it so they can avoid dangers, and also will not stumble. 

You aee, you are great and very important. Once you recieve this invitation by answering this call assisted by the Spirit of God, please do yourself a favour and don't hide your Light under covers. Let your light shine before men so they can see your good works and glorify your God who is in heaven.

How do you make your light shine? 

In whatever area of life you are working, wether as a Teacher, Engineer, Architect, Event planner, Doctor, Market woman, Business man or woman, a Chef etc, let people see Christ Jesus in you. How you relate with people in your chosen Career or Business speaks more than your voice.

I want you to remember that the Apostles of Jesus were first named Christians by the Unbelievers around them, in Antioch because they patterned their life after that of Christ, in humility, prayers, fasting, studying the word, in teaching and preaching God's word. The Apostles lived their life like Christ did when He was physically with them.

See my dear beloved, Matthew 28vs20, is the only and main work that Jesus called us into when He was leaving this earth after His resurrection. He said to us, Go preach, teach, share the word, baptise people and do all we can to bring in Souls into the Kingdom as we were brought in. 

ITS ONLY IN THE LORD THAT YOU CAN FIND THE REST YOU WILL EVER NEED.

Surrender to Him now fully and begin that relationship with the Lord, that makes you intimate with Him.

IDENTIFY YOUR CALLING

1 Corinthians 1:24

[24] But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

The Lord our God is glorious in Power. Thank You Father Lord for calling us out of darkness and calling us Your own. Be glorified Lord in Jesus name. Amen.

Beloved, once you are priviledged to be born again, I mean when you intentionally surrender your life to the Lord Jesus, you become one of the called. You have been called out of darkness into God's own marvelous Light.

According to the Holy Bible, someone who believes in Christ Jesus, has answered His call as at Matthew 11vs28, has forsaken the world and it's sinfulness, has repented, and has embraced Christ and the cross, is referred to a Believer and the Called.

I also want to let us know that being born again, is to be admitted into the body of Christ. Once you come in, you begin to work out your Salvation with fear and trembling.

Philliians 2vs12. 

This involves reading your Bible, meditating, memorising, listening to good sermons, and studying to know God by yourself.

In the course of working out your Salvation you will discover that you have come in to serve and not to be served. Ìn your course of service, you bring other persons into the fold also.

This brings us to where we are actually going in this post.

In the course of ones service one will begin to know the area he or she is good at. That is you begin to discover your God given talents or gifts, abilities or better still what you are good at doing and which you can do best. This will help you to make others who are outside know about the Lord Jesus and how good He is.

Whatever you do or whoever you are, you now begin to use your office to win Souls into God's Kingdom.

First of all, wether you are a Trader, Teacher, Doctor, Nurse, Business man or woman etc, your changed life even without carrying a Bible or opening your mouth to preach, will begin to attract others to the Lord.

In the process of this new person, the area of your calling will begin to manifest. Once you find out your specific area of Calling, please stick to it, develop and grow in it. Find out of people who had been in such Callings in the Bible. Study them and their lifestyle. People like Moses, Samuel, Deborah, Peter, Paul etc were all called but differently. 

Some people are called to be Pastors, Evangelists, Prophets, Teachers, Counsellors, Choristers and so on and so forth. The Bible encourages us to even covet the best gifts.

1 Corinthians 12vs31.

As a Believer, have you identified your gift?

This is very very important as it will help you serve God purposefully and at the end recieve the reward of Eternal Life with God in heaven which is actually the main and only purpose of being a Believer. 

May heaven be our portion at the end of life here in the hereafter in Jesus name.

In the mean time, surrender your life now to the Lord Jesus if you haven't done so yet. If you have given your life to Christ but deep down within you, you know that you are still struggling with some sins like, envy, anger, insincerity, pride, unforgiveness, hatred, lying, cheating, etc, rededicate your life afresh to Him now so that the Blood of Jesus can wash and cleanse you from all your sins.

PLEASE IDENTIFY YOUR AREA OF CALLING AND RUN WITH IT.

BE OBEDIENT TO GODS WORD

John 14:15

[15] If ye love me, keep my commandments. 

God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit, we thank You for Your Presence in our life everyday and up to now.

Our Bible text above tells us that we can only show that we love God, if we keep His commandments.

You see, most times we accuse God of not attending to us by answering our prayers. I want to ask, how many times have we checked or examined ourselves if we obey God's commands? There are 10 commandments of God, and we are told that it is mandatory that we obey it. Sincerely speaking, do we keep His commands? Jesus even made it easier for us by wrapping up the 10 commandments into 1, which is Love for God and for our neighbour.

What He was actually teaching us is that no one can claim to love God or the neighbour and go ahead to offend or grieve them. We must endeavour to do everything possible not to make them sad, unhappy or cry because of the wrong done to them. 

Remember, each and everyone of us is reflecting the Light of God. If we are Light, we are meant to bring out those in darkness to God's marvelous Light.

I have heard people say that it is not possible to keep God's commandments. My dear that is a lie from the pit of hell. IT IS POSSIBLE. God won't give us conditions that we cannot keep. It takes determination. If one is determined, then such a one will be able to keep them. So why do we complain and nag if our prayers are not answered? Why? If we continue to neglect or by pass God's commandment, then be ready to live with its consequences.

The word of God asked, Can we continue in sin that grace may abound? It was still answered with "God Forbid" Many of us hide under God's grace to live carelessly, disobeying God. See ehh, my dearly beloved, God said that if we love Him, we should keep His commandments. Its an instruction to let us obey it. Let us strive to obey God's instruction because it is still the same God that will answer our prayers.

I want to let us know that God first loved us and died for us. He is now asking us to reciprocate His love towards us by keeping His commandments. Is that too much for God who gave us the breathe on our nostrils, makes us see, hear, talk, walk, sit, sleep and wake up etc, too much to ask from us? No, Not at all.

Beloved, let us all go back to the drawing board and weigh our obedience to God's instructions, so we can make amends.

The process begins with our surrendering totally to God, so He can be our Lord and personal Saviour. Ask Him now to come into your heart, confess, forsake, repent, and be washed in the Blood of Jesus from all unrighteousness. After this, we will become God's own. He will empower and equip us to follow and serve Him. Take that step of faith now, if you haven't done so before now.

THERE IS A PRICE TO PAY

Deuteronomy

28:1-2

[1] And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:

[2] And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God...

Please Read To Verse 14.

Glory be to God, it is midweek today. Father Lord, thank You for Your love, sustainance and grace in Jesus name. Amen.

I remembered telling us in some of my previous posts that we have over 800 promises of God for us in the Holy Bible. They are all for you and I. As many as these Promises are and as cheap as we think they are, there is a price tag to each one of them.

Like Salvation, this is free also nevertheless, there is a price tag. Nothing is free anywhere. It may not be with money but there's always a price. Pay the price and get what you desire.

God created you and I for His pleasure. You please Him when you obey His rules which are His commands. As you make up your mind, no matter the cost to do His will, then be ready for back to back testimonies at His due time as He makes all things beautiful in His time.

Ecclesiastes 3vs11.

In Deutoronomy 28vs3-13, the Lord pronounced various blessings for His children who will obey Him. In verse 1, He set the condition for the fulfilment of these promises. THAT IS THE PRICE. He simply told us who desire the promises to HEAR, OBEY, and DO His word. SIMPLE ISNT IT?

The choice is now yourx, TO OBEY OR NOT TO OBEY. The choice of what to do is all yours.

Before anyone can begin to hearken and do God's will at all, the heart must have been totally surrendered to God. 

Are you surrendered yet?

You must take this 1st step, so that your sins can be forgiven, having repented, then you are washed in the Blood of the Lamb, and your name written in the Book of life, so you can be recognised in heaven as a child of the most High God.

Do so now and be surrendered to Him if you haven't done so yet.
